How do we do it ?

Managing our clients’ online reviews on Google My Business profiles is essential and goes along with each web communication strategy. Because patients have a tendency of talking up more when they are unhappy, our strategy is to teach them to also talk up when they are happy.

  • We will check if the bad review is real, and if it’s deletable.
  • If it is not deletable, we will set up a strategy to treat it in such a way that it won’t have a negative impact on your e-reputation.
